Returns
We obviously hope you will be delighted with the products you order however, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase then please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and return the item(s) in their original condition and packaging within 14 days. We will be pleased to exchange or give you a full refund* whichever you would prefer once the items have been returned to us. Please note that the items MUST be returned in their original packaging and condition for us to offer a full refund.

Wrap the products securely using the original packaging enclosing your name, address and order number and send/deliver the products back to us.
N.B. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.
Special Orders
If you order an item that we do not normally stock it may be classified as a Special Order. In this case we will advise you that the item is a Special Order as our normal conditions of sale will not apply.
Firstly, once the order has been placed you may cancel the order up to 20 days before the delivery time confirmed to you by email without incurring any penalty. If the delivery time is going to be within 20 days of the order date the order may not be cancelled.
You may also cancel the order without penalty if you are advised that the order is going to be more than 14 days longer than originally stated. In this case the order must be cancelled within 48 hours of the email being sent by the company.
If within 14 days of receipt of the order you wish to return the item to us we will only refund 75% of the original cost of the item.*
*Refunds will only be made for items that are returned in their original condition and in their original packaging. The company will not make any refund if a product has been altered in any way (e.g. wire/chain cut etc).
Damaged Goods
All our products are carefully packaged to avoid any damage during transit however, due to the delicate nature of the chandeliers, occasionally a droplet may be damaged in transit. To obviate the need to return a chandelier, in most cases, there are a number of spare crystals packaged with the chandelier. Should there be a need to replace more than the number sent as spares please contact the company and we will gladly provide additional crystals if required free of charge or a replacement chandelier if the company thinks it is the appropriate course of action. All the chandeliers are provided with full fitting instructions, please read these carefully before starting to hang as the company will not be liable for any damaged caused by incorrect assembly.
All claims for damaged chandeliers must be made within 3 days of receipt, claims for damaged mirrors must be made within 24 hours of receipt. This applies to goods purchased on line or from our showroom.

Where goods have been purchased directly from our showroom and subsequently found to be damaged or faulty we will gladly replace the goods when they are returned to the showroom provided they are returned within 14 days of date of purchase.
